Stars Youth Refuge would like to invite you for an opportunity to be a part of our fundraising event on the 24th of April 2021. We will be holding a multicultural Iftar at the Emporium Function Centre, Bankstown.
This event will showcase talented youth’s journey from displacement to finding home. As a part of the night’s itinerary the event will start with Iftar (breaking fast), be holding an auction and end with Taraweeh. Our expectations for the night are to have between 250 – 300 persons in attendance.
Stars Youth Refuge is a not-for-profit organisation seeking to support girls aged under 25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in South-West Sydney, by providing short-term, crisis accommodation (4-year plan), and programs to support at-risk girls to stay in school, provide emergency breakfast and personal packs, connect with services, and many exciting and youth engaging programs.
We need your help to secure a property to start our dream, and the dreams of many marginalised girls.
How can you help?
We are looking for sponsors to help:
- Provide products for the auction.
- Contribute towards some of the costs of the fundraising dinner.
- Donate a one-off amount.
- Join our regular donor club.
